Dog Listening is the Jan Fennell / Amichien Bonding™ approach to dog communication. This method is natural using the dog’s own language to get the message across.

Doing things in the right way shows the dog in a non-confrontational manner that you are the pack leader.

This is achieved by how you behave and not by bullying, shouting or forcing the dog into anything!  This method done properly will work regardless of whether you have one dog or ten dogs.

Many people come to my dog training classes, have enjoyed success with their dogs, and have also had fun getting there, as our classes are not ordinary!

Having said that we do still have some dogs where perhaps a dog training class was either not appropriate or not the best place to start.

For some time now, although I have always seen myself as a progressive dog trainer with the idea of ‘making the world a better place for dogs' always in the front of my mind, I have been getting very frustrated.

I have noticed that there has still been something missing – so I attended the foundation and advanced Jan Fennell courses and have already been doing home consultations with very good results.

Some people don’t want formal dog training they just want to live with and enjoy their dogs – this is where dog listening comes in.

If after you have established a good relationship with your dog, you still want

to do dog training for fun and social reasons – fantastic – for those that want to
