How do we get started – first ring and discuss your requirements – it doesn’t matter if you have a puppy, a multi pedigree, a rescue, any dog is fine.

I will ask you some basic questions just to get a picture of what issues need to be looked at and arrange to come and visit.

Before you get a visit a contract will be sent to you and you will be asked for a 10% deposit – unfortunately this is necessary to confirm you are serious and not wasting our time – getting to a clients house to find they have gone shopping isn’t funny.

The visit will last 2 – 4 hours, during this time advice will be given to one or all members of the family on how to behave and an explanation as to why you are doing everything throughout.

This will cost £150 plus travelling expenses. The fee will cover the dog’s lifetime (does not include dog training classes). In the early days, you can have backup advice by ringing or emailing me. When you are sorted, you may never need to contact me again but should you have a change in your household and your dog reacts in an unacceptable way you can ring me for advice, even if it is months or years down the line.

Simple everyday things can trip dogs up i.e. new baby, new partner, death in the family, illness of human or another dog in the house, the list is endless but you will never be on your own again.
